Use this form to allow UnitechEDI staff to connect to your EDI PC for installations and diagnostics

Try to have as many windows closed on your PC as possible. Let your Unitech rep know if you are using Remote Desktop to connect to the EDI PC.

Hit [Quick Connect] button on bottom of Dashboard ( This tells your browser to connect to http://www.gotoassist.com/ph/unitechedi)

Enter First Name
Enter three character Publisher code for company name

Ask your Unitech rep whether you should select Support 1 or Support 2.
Select dropdown box to choose a rep for 'unitech support 1 or 2.

Click on the button labeled [Click Here]

Contacting Your Representative....
Your representative is ready to meet with you.... To connect, click the download now button
Run

Select Always from 'Warning - Security' or
Select 'Grant or Accept' when prompted.
