 Function Buttons:

  1. UnitechEDI logo button
  2. EDIxl Main Menu button
  3. View Files button

  5. SAN Code Lookup button
    • Hyperlink to the SAN Code reference page in the Support section of www.unitechedi.com.
    • Enter the Username "client" and Password "unitech" to access the page.
  6. Track ICC Documents button
    • Hyperlink to the Login form for your ICC account.
    • Enter your User ID and Password to access the Document Manager.
    • The ICC Document Manager provides a web interface to your EDI mailbox that allows you to view files that your trading partners have sent you as well as files that you have sent your trading partners. You can restore a file that you have previously received from your inbox archive to your inbox so that you can receive it again, and you can create reports of documents that you have sent or received.
    • For additional Help while logged into the ICC Document Manager, you can access the ICC.NETTM Quick Reference Guide. This is a .pdf file that can be downloaded and saved.
  7. Request Support button
    • Displays the Unitech EDI Support Request form.
    • Fill out the form to the best of your ability to send a description of your technical support problem to UnitechEDI.
  8. Send Diagnostic Files button
  9. Update Software button
    • Downloads an installer program for the purpose of updating the UnitechEDI software. 
  10. Quick Connect button
    • Opens up the Gotoassist web page in your browser to connect to a UnitechEDI support representative for remote desktop support..
    • This function is not to be used without the assistance of a UnitechEDI technical support rep.
